In these highly interactive sessions, learn to build resilience into your daily life with simple practices and personal management techniques that empower you. We’ll share useful information, exercises and tools, and learn from other participants. Each session, we’ll explore topics and practices, like mindful “savoring” of experiences, moments and plans, and learn how they can have lasting impact on mood and well-being. You’ll also get support for what you’re working on. We’ll invite you select an area or areas in which you want to see progress.

The series includes:

To support self-awareness, and clarify purpose, keys to resilience:

  • Intake reflection exercise for you to complete, to support you in identifying what you’ve learned over this period, what, if anything you wish to celebrate, and what you’d like to focus on going forward

  • Enneagram assessment and private 1:1 debrief, as well as resources to learn more

  • 6 interactive webinars over 6 months. Topics include:

    • The power of purpose and how it impacts physical and mental health, according to studies

    • How thoughts impact mood, your brain and resilience

    • Outsmarting limiting beliefs

    • Cultivating the behaviors that energize and support you

You may be invited to share what you noticed doing these reflections.

The Resilience Rodeo gave me the jump start that I needed. From it, my new morning routine is to do yoga, meditate, and journal before checking the news or my email. I really want to check the news so that motivates me to get moving early! It makes all the difference. Committing to a regular yoga practice has eluded me for more than 30 years. I gratefully credit the Resilience Rodeo for this long awaited, positive breakthrough. Terry Edlin

Jackie’s Resilience Rodeo was immensely helpful with achieving both my personal and professional goals.  The materials and practices she covers in these sessions will stay with me for the rest of my life!  My attitude and ability to deal with stress have improved, and the support provided by the group was incredibly invaluable.  Even my boss commented about how much my resilience improved.  The team at Catalyst Ranch is great, too, and I look forward to attending many more Rodeos!  Kate Kalil
