Cultivating Resilience: Adapting in the Face of Challenge and Change

It’s been an extended time of change, challenge and uncertainty. The rhythm of your life may have been altered, and you may be sorting that out. It’s more important than ever to cultivate resilience, the reserves needed to use disruption to shift your thinking and innovate. Do you need to level up your well-being and self-care, given the stress of your role and importance of your responsibilities? How do we recognize when resilience is an issue in ourselves or those we work with?

Self-awareness, self-care, self-management, empathy, and clarity about purpose, as well as the ability to engage others are critical leadership capabilities. They’re also vital to individual and organizational resilience. People are often surprised at how a few small behavior changes and simple practices can have enormous impact.

We offer stand-alone programs which can be offered as a learning and development event, part of your next leadership retreat, and a six-month series, fine-tuned to meet the needs of your group.

”The Resilience Rodeo gave me the jump start that I needed. From it, my new morning routine is to do yoga, meditate, and journal before checking the news or my email. I really want to check the news so that motivates me to get moving early! It makes all the difference. Committing to a regular yoga practice has eluded me for more than 30 years. I gratefully credit the Resilience Rodeo for this long awaited, positive breakthrough.”
