As an executive coach and consultant Jackie Sloane specializes in enhancing ability to achieve significant results and greater well-being through how clients engage others, communicate, cultivate relationships, and lead key initiatives. Jackie has over 25 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development, communication, and culture transformation consulting.

The Generative Leadership Communication program she developed has been credited with providing clients with powerful tools for having transformational conversations, unleashing creativity and innovation and reducing production time.

The Transformational Leadership Retreats she co-developed use a proprietary inquiry model and have provided leaders a powerful way to utilize the focal point of an event to create a process to "change the conversation," set a new tone, and create new behaviors and practices, launching culture change in their organizations. The retreat is a midpoint in a leadership development process for the leader and their people.

Previously, Sloane Communications, a Chicago-based firm, had provided innovative marketing communication programs that created national visibility; increased sales; resulted in key contracts, favorable acquisitions and offers of acquisitions; direct mail response rates as high as 28% and that produced the desired lobbying result within 24 hours of receipt of a letter packet. She has served leaders, teams and groups at privately-held, public sector, nonprofit and Fortune 500 firms in most industries, including academia, manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical products, publishing, consumer products, retail and telecommunications.

She has served clients at Abbott, Accenture, Amcor, American Society of Anesthesiologists, Bank of America, Comcast, Deloitte, Exelon, Garrett Theological Seminary, Grant Thornton, Hollister, International Truck and Engine/Navistar, Kraft, Northern Indiana Commuter Transit District, PepsiCo, Plante & Moran, Purdue University Northwest and Takeda among others. Jackie wrote the Executive Coach column for Executive Travel, an American Express Publishing/Time Inc. magazine for five years, and has written for many publications, including Leadership in Action, the Center for Creative Leadership magazine.
